Free On-Premise Workshop

As part of its MoU support package from the NSW State Government, NSW Wine is conducting free workshops to assist NSW wine businesses become stronger in the NSW On-Premise channel.

The workshops will be facilitated by Peter McAtamney from Wine Business Solutions, who is a leading expert in this area.

What you will learn:

In late 2021/early 2022, NSW Wine commissioned Wine Business Solutions (WBS) to make a thorough investigation into the position of wines from NSW in the NSW/ACT On-Premise. This research had two key components.

1. A Quantitative interrogation of 10 years of WBS’s On-Premise Research Data

2. A Qualitative assessment whereby WBS asked 21 key industry opinion leaders for their thoughts about NSW wines, including wines from specific regions, in terms of how they viewed them and how to improve sales, distribution and promotion.

At the workshop, you will:

• Find out the results of the research
• Learn about the keys to On-Premise success.
• Participate in helping to define the future On-Premise strategy for your region.
• Have your questions answered in relation to succeeding in On-Premise.
