NSW Seniors Festival
This year’s Seniors Festival events have brought together seniors after usual community activities had been cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The NSW Seniors Festival ran from April 13 to 24 with the theme “It’s In Our Nature”. The Festival delivered hundreds of free and heavily discounted activities, workshops, and performances for seniors across the state.
During challenging times, it’s in our nature to connect.
Whether it’s online, or out in the sunshine, NSW Seniors Festival was a chance to come together.
With the diverse range of experiences on offer, the festival inspired seniors to be active, socialise and share their skills and wisdom, all while connecting with their community.
Sutton llama breeders, Alpaca Magic offered three events with the chance to meet donkeys, having breakfast with llamas and learning to make a needle felted llama.
