Warriors of NSW Wine

Tickets are now on sale for Sommeliers Australia’s “Warriors of NSW Wine” long lunch, to be held in Sydney on Sunday 26th February. For this delicious lunch, three regional sommelier “Warriors” will be travelling to Sydney for a region vs. region showdown at The Old Clare Hotel.

3 sommeliers + 3 NSW wines + 3 NSW wine regions + 3 matched courses = one “Warrior” to rule them all. Who will be the “Warrior” that presents the best wine match?

• Gabby Fury (Grafted Wines) representing northern NSW & surrounds
• David Collins (Charred Restaurant, Orange) representing western NSW & surrounds
• Lucas Woods (ex-Aubergine, Canberra) representing southern NSW, Canberra & surrounds.
