It’s so easy to feel helpless about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Russia (Vladimir Putin) seems so powerful, a COVID-induced exhaustion seems to be permeating the atmosphere, and we can feel that we are just ordinary people and have little power or sway on the world stage. Yet it is a sad fact that thousands of Ukrainian civilians have been forced to flee their homes or take refuge in bomb shelters and underground stations throughout the country. Lives are being lost.

So what can we do?
